Abstract: This study investigates the impact of different parenting styles on early childhood learning outcomes. The objective is to analyze how parenting approaches influence cognitive development, behavioral patterns, and academic performance in young children. A survey research design is justified to collect data from 250 parents of children aged 3-6 years in Kaduna State, using purposive sampling to include diverse parenting styles and socio-economic backgrounds. Findings reveal that authoritative parenting styles positively correlate with higher academic achievement and socio-emotional development, while authoritarian and permissive styles show varying impacts on learning outcomes. Recommendations emphasize parental education programs focusing on effective communication, positive reinforcement, and responsive parenting practices to enhance early childhood learning experiences.
